YAMAMOTO PAPER is a paper wholesaler and original stationary brand located in Osaka, Sakai. Founded in 1972, over the years we have sold a lot of paper as a paper wholesaler. In 2005, Draw on our own experience, we started to manufacture and sale original products made with selected paper. In 2009, Old Heidelberg windmill platen letterpress came to our company and we started to print with it. Also we are doing various activities to convey the enjoyment of the paper.
Even white paper that looks the same has bluish white and reddish white. There is also a sparkling white paper that will be used for wedding invitations if there is a white paper with slick texture. Paper has different thickness, colour and texture, and there are thousands of types. To convey such entertainment of paper and warmth of paper, we are making products using various printing technologies and paper processing technologies. We continue to create values through paper that we can confidently convey to the future.

The text is plain so that it can be used freely without restriction. It also comes with a 12mm ruled line/6mm square underlay. The thickness of the text was selected after repeated testing. As a result of consideration from various perspectives, such as being recognized by notebook fans around the world, the transparency of the underlay, and writing comfort, 73.0 g/m2 was adopted.
The thickness of 73.og/m2 is 120±3μm, which is roughly equivalent to 150.0g/m2 for coated paper. In other words, Canopus is about 50% lighter than coated paper of similar thickness. Therefore, CANOPUS NOTE can be said to be a very lightweight notebook for the texture* volume of the text.

OK Fools was the first Fool's Cap paper produced in Japan by Ohtori Paper. In Japan, the term "Fools Paper" has long been used to refer to high-end writing paper. British Fool's Cap paper was first imported into Japan in the late 1800s. The popular Japanese version was produced at the Oji Ogura Factory, where the name OK comes from. While the current iteration is being made by Nippon Paper Industries Yatsushiro Factory, they have kept the OK name for brand recognition. Our ink tests with blue and black Sailor and Platinum inks showed no feathering nor bleed-through. Very wet redish-pinkish J. Herbin inks showed slight feathering and bleed-through. We recommend writing with Medium or finer nibs.

Table tests in the laboratory, actual equipment tests, and quality checks were repeated in order to pursue expressiveness and writing comfort when using colored pencils and other art materials. And as a result of the continuous improvement of raw materials and manufacturing processes, Slight was born. [Coloring books for adults] are very popular, and we hold big contests. And many coloring book fans participate in the contest every year. In the ink writing test conducted by Yamamoto Shigyo, even low viscosity ink stayed firmly in the pen without blotting, and there was no back-stopping. And what is more, the rough paper surface that is transmitted from the nib is very comfortable.
