Uni - Kurutoga Advance Upgrade - 0.3mm - Ivory
Kurutoga mechanical pencil 0.3mm
The core/lead wears out uniformly as the core continues to turn as you write - this gives you an even point constantly as you write or draw
- The metal tip shaft with precise punching processing, which exudes a sense of luxury, has a punch hole in the grip part, which also serves as a guide for the grip where you put your finger when writing. The seams between the punch hole and the mouthpiece of the tip shaft do not get caught, and the finger-friendly shaft paint achieves a smooth grip.
- The Advance Upgrade version includes the W speed mechanism, which rotates the lead twice as quickly as the standard Kurutoga. The regular Kurutoga rotates once every 40 strokes and the Advance Upgrade rotates once every 20 strokes

Read the website carefully
I bought the product after several conventional pencils disappointed me because of their shattered cores. I love using this pencil. I know what lead length I'm going to get and it is a pleasure to write with it. I have small writing so the 0.3mm leads suit me well. However I recommend that you think carefully about lead width and heed the advice on the website. Narrower leads give a more grey line and if you need more contrast you may be better off with the 0.5mm. Also, as with a fountain pen, this pencil places a premium on a smooth writing style. I found I wanted to take more care with my handwriting.
