Orders placed before 5pm on any working day will be dispatched within 2 working days subject to product availability – at certain times of the year, this may be slightly longer. Orders placed after 5pm, or during a weekend will go into the next working day. We do however aim to get your order sent out the day following your order.

Our delivery charge is a flat rate regardless of the size of the parcel, throughout the UK (including the Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands), Northern Ireland, and BFPO addresses. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday via Royal mail. Free postage offers are for the UK mainland only (Meaning if they have to cross a body of water they are not UK mainland).

Next Day Delivery Options

We offer a next day delivery service via DPD which costs £6.99 and is available on all orders placed before 13:00hrs. If the order is placed after this time, the order will be posted the following day. If you add this postage option please call us on 01423 873739 beforehand to check that this option is available. (UK mainland only - Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). Failure to call us can result in a delay in your order being posted. DPD delivery is not available to every postcode in the UK. We will notify if the option isn't available. DPD delivery is available Monday to Friday not including bank holidays. If an order is placed after 1pm on a Friday it will ship on the following Monday.

Free Postage Option

Royal Mail Free Delivery is available to UK Mainland Address's on orders of goods over £50.00, you can choose this option by selecting it from the postage options when checking out. If selecting this option your order will ship Royal Mail 48 standard post. If you place an order for over £50.00 and would like to use one of our other postage options, you can do this by selecting your desired postage option when checking out.
This includes goods only and not workshops or a combination of workshops and goods.

Collecting Your Order

We do now have an option to pick your order up from our studio. Just select the 'Collect from shop' option in the delivery options and write in the comments box when you will be able to pick it up (During the shop opening times)

Saturday & Sunday collection only available when ordered before 3pm the previous Friday.

*Royal Mail 48 Tracked (UK) - £3.50 - (Approx arrival 2-3 days after shipping). For small parcels we will send the order via Royal Mail 48 Signed for Service.

Ordering from outside the UK

Ordering from outside of the United Kingdom - If you are ordering from outside of the UK please choose the outside of the UK delivery option. Once your order has been placed we will then get your order weighed at the Post Office and email you the price it will cost to ship. and a link to pay the postage cost. When paying a postage payment, please select 'paying a postage charge' postage option. Orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Royal Mail charge a sliding scale dependant on weight.

We also offer a DPD Courier option for the following countries up to 20kg - Ireland £13.99, France, Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands £12.99. You can select this option at the checkout and we will ship your order without having to contact you.

Please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address on your order as any claims for a missing parcel with the wrong address can not me made. For all orders that are returned to us my Royal Mail, full postage costs will have to be paid for again by the customer. This can happen when an order is left uncollected, a wrong address has been provided by the customer and the customer has rejected the delivery.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident about shopping with Art from the Heart. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to put the matter right.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 days of delivery. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you would not be able to cancel any contract for services carried out by us (e.g. postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, and the items have been returned to us in perfect condition in 14 days or less from the date of cancellation, we will refund the purchase price for that item/items. The refund doesn't include the return postage costs unless the product is deemed faulty by ourselves. 

If you want to return an item/items, please re-package the goods securely and send them back to us within seven working days of the item was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. You need to contact us via email before returning items to us, as well as notifying us within 2 days of receiving your order if there is an item missing or damaged in your order.

If you are returning goods for reasons other than damage or defects, we will be happy to refund you for the returned items (excluding postage and packaging) providing they are returned within seven working days of receipt, in re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pre Order Items

If you combine per order products with products that are in stock, your order will ship when all products are in stock - (1 shipment)

If you are in a rush for your items please place one order for the items that are in stock and a separate order for any pre order items.

Art from the Heart Workshop

Terms and Conditions

All workshops require full payment at the time of booking

Workshops are not refundable, but if cancelled 14 days before the class we transfer your money to another class. If  you need to cancel a workshop place that has previously been transferred, we will have to fill your place before transferring. *If booking a full weekend workshop with Dyan we will need 28 days notice if you wish to cancel. We will always try to sell your place on if you are unable to attend any of the workshops. We reserve the right to cancel classes, but in such instances you will receive a full refund.

Unless specified all workshops are for adults only.

Tea and coffee is available at all workshops. Materials are always supplied unless specified.

When you come to the checkout and you are booking classes only please use the Class Bookings only option in the postage field. 

Class photos are there to give you a feel of what will take place in the class. It is not an exact representative of what you will be doing in the class.

All workshops are taught at the Art from the Heart studio unless stated otherwise and workshops are for adults only (16yrs upwards).

*The class must be booked within 3 months of you cancelling your class

*Workshops for guest tutors (Dina, Finnabair, Seth etc) are non refundable, however we will try to sell on your place. If we are able to sell your place we will offer an Art from the Heart workshop credit.
