In her studio
Over the past six years I have found it increasingly difficult to be creative in my ' craft shed ' as my father came to live with us and was suffering from Alzhiemers and Vascular dementia. He demanded constant attention and wanted me with him all the time even down to watching TV. We didn't see him for almost two years due to Covid outbreaks in the home where he lived. Dad died in October 2021 and still I haven't been in my crafting space inspite of gifts from my family, knitting, embroidery, paper, inks , pens etc. Finally 'in her studio' arrived on my door step and I have read it from cover to cover. There is inspiration on every page and I can feel the gentle but firm push to get up and out into my shed and create again as I remember the several projects that are waiting to be started. So thank you 'in her studio ' and thank you Art from the Heart' for stocking it!!

Wonderful insights to creative spaces
