*Saturday 25th April - The Art of the Riff with Dina Wakley - 9:30-4:30pm

Join me for a mixed-media exploration where we take a single motif and we riff with it. The idea is to push a single concept in many ways. We'll use gloss and paint and other mediums to create interesting backgrounds and stand-alone art. This practice improves your creative vision and artistic versatility, and plus is just plain ole fun!

Timings

Workshop time - 9:30am to 3:30pm which will include a break for lunch
Free play time - 3:30 to 4:30pm free time to finish and work on your projects in the class room

What to bring

 Your Art Journal, Paint brushes in various sizes (Dina's are great), Scissors,  Stabilo All Pencil & Posca Pens

Optional, but useful for the workshop

Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher, Black ink pad, Craft Sheet & notepad

We will be providing the rest of the equipment as it is needed in the workshop - paints, mediums, sprays, stamps, stencils, transparencies, collage papers, baby wipes, kitchen roll etc

We will be providing teas, coffees, water, soft drinks and small snacks during the day. Please bring your lunch or you can purchase lunch from Indulge Cafe on the day, which is located in the same building.
