Glassy smooth writing with F. P
Wanted a Tomoe River paper item to try for ages. Finally chose this size, floppy cover and dotted. I didn't need hardcover as I put it in an a5 cover. It's a nice lay-flat binding and quite slim. The 68gsm is perfect as it's opaque enough for the darkest inks and broadest fountain pens I use. The surface is glassy smooth to write on. I like that. The item came with 2 blot sheets and I am using those to lean on as I write as I've heard the paper surface can be affected by any fingerprint type oils. The dots are faint enough for doodling but just enough to guide straight line writing or grid/table ruling. I'm hooked on this paper it's wonderful. Art From The Heart packed everything with care so no delicate items like this were affected during the delivery. Thank you A. F. T. H.

Great quality paper
The best paper I have used so far for ink swatching, general writing and drawing. If I’m writing, I can use both sides of the paper, but the ink is visible on the reverse side if I use more ink for swatches, so generally only use one side for that. Only had issues with bleeding when I have used a dip nib that has scratched the paper surface, otherwise it has worked ok.
