A wonderful writer
This pen is so lovely to write with. I have previously used a medium-fine nib in a Sailor, but I found it was too thin a line for me. I chose a medium nib for this pen and it’s glorious to write with! The line is thicker than I thought it would be for a Japanese pen, but it’s exactly what I wanted. It’s writes so smoothly and consistently, and it lays the ink down nice and wet.
The colours in real life are fantastic. The yellow and orange-brown have got a proper ‘70s feel and it almost glows in the sunlight. The metashine is really subtle but lights up like sprinkles in bright light.
