Best out-of-the-box new pen experience ever
This is the nicest experience I ever had with a brand new pen straight out of the box. I had no issues at all getting it inked up, and it writes like a dream - beautifully wet and smooth. It feels solid and a joy to use. This is going to become a favourite everyday pen.
Nice presentation - a little black leather-like case.
As with many Narwhal pens, you probably won't want to post it, because it becomes a bit too long. But it will post if you want to.
Note also that the instruction leaflet in the box is still written for the previous piston filler mechanism of the older model, which might confuse an inexperienced user!
I would buy another of these without hesitation, and am currently having to stop myself..!

Nice affordable vacuum filler
AFTH seem to get some of the Nahvalur pens before most other retailers so when I saw they had this in stock I got one as they are a reasonable price for what is a well made , good writhing fountain pen. The pen looks a little bit generic in style in contrast to some of the other models from this company but it works well and the vacuum filling system means you can fill up and not run of of ink for a long time. Since buying it a couple of weeks ago it has been in regular use without any issues.
