Making a return
If you need to make a return for any reason, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need to return a damaged item or have received the wrong item, we can then arrange a pre paid Royal Mail tracked returns label that we can email to you( please inform us within two days of receiving your order if you have a problem). We will then need you to package up the items, attach the label and then take to your local post office. The post office need to scan the label and then they can get the item/s back to us (they will also give you a proof of postage when you hand over the parcel).
If you don't have access to a printer, you can show the returns label to the post office workers on your mobile device and they will scan the QT code and print a label for you.
If you are choosing to return an item that is not faulty, the return will be at your cost and we recommend you use a tracked service, so you are covered if the return is lost in transit.
Please note that if you have inked a fountain pen, you will need to discuss with us whether we can accept this back, but it is normally subject to a £10 fee to cover cleaning the nib and feed.
