Making a return
If you need to make a return for any reason, please contact us via email at info@afth.co.uk
If you need to return a damaged item or have received the wrong item, we can then arrange a pre paid Royal Mail tracked returns label that we can email to you( please inform us within two days of receiving your order if you have a problem). We will then need you to package up the items, attach the label and then take to your local post office or you can arrange a collection through their website. The post office need to scan the label and then they can get the item/s back to us (they will also give you a proof of postage when you hand over the parcel).
If you don't have access to a printer, you can show the returns label to the post office workers on your mobile device and they will scan the QT code and print a label for you.
If you are choosing to return an item that is not faulty, the return will be at your cost and we recommend you use a tracked service, so you are covered if the return is lost in transit.
Please note that if you have inked a fountain pen, you will need to discuss with us whether we can accept this back, but it is normally subject to a £10 fee to cover cleaning the nib and feed.
