Lennon Tool Bar - 30ml Ink - Formosa Colour Scheme - Hehuan Blue

The reason why we developed "Colors of Taiwan" the third collection of Lennon Toolbar was due to our passion for our homeland. During one of my trips, one friend of mine took me to the mountain nearby her house. It was the Mount Hehuan East Peak. As I went to the mountain with her, I was just trying to get some distraction. Then, the closer we were to our destination, I suddenly realized that I was actually learning more and more about the magnificent mountain underneath me that I knew only little of. For me, this was something I really want to share with you all. That's why we created the Colours of Taiwan. We hope everyone can express their own feelings through these ink colours.

Lennon Tool Bar was founded in 2014 at Tamsui, Taiwan. Initially they produced and promoted the art and craft of Indigo Dyeing, a business that flourished a century ago when Taiwan exported a considerable amount of “doroai” — or the raw material of colourants used in Indigo Dyeing — to the Japanese Empire.
