Tutor - Sandra Botham
Using 4 mini canvas panels we will be creating one lovely scene.
Learn techniques using Dylusions acrylic paints for the background then adding some quirky Dylusions stamps and colouring to add character to your mini master pieces.
Finally using Tim Holtz Idea-ology display hangers to create a different way of displaying your finished creation.

Good things come in small packages, and this is no exception! Decorate a large matchbox, and then make a cute concertina journal before filling it with pattern and colour. We’ll use acrylic paints, stamps. Stencils, pastels, collage … and anything else we feel like!
Due to its size it is possible to complete this little package of goodness in a single workshop, and when complete it is the perfect size for your handbag ready for some extra journaling when the mood strikes!
You can never have too much storage, can you? Here’s a nifty idea for storing your stamps and stamping bits and bobs. Two paper Mache suitcases, collaged, painted, inked, lavishly decorated with oodles of alphabets and raring to go.
A fabulous book made from scratch, comprising an accordion fold and stitched canvas pages. Paints, inks, splatters, tags, tears, apertures, doodling , stamping and a smattering of hearts to guide you through your journey.
Another massively popular class. Over the course of the day you will learn 9 techniques. these will be replicated onto tiles which will then be used to "mosaic" a wooden mirror frame. So informative, educational and creative all at the same time. Yayy

This year my dream came true and I got to travel to Ranger Ink in New Jersey, to complete Ranger university and to become a qualified Ranger Educator. I was taught by some of the best teachers in the industry, Tim Holtz, Claudine Hellmuth and our very own fabulous Dyan Reaveley ..........wow what an amazing experience!!
I’m so excited and cannot wait to share some of the amazing techniques and knowledge I learnt. This mini Ranger U weekend is jam packed with tags, techniques and creating your very own tag techniques book for you to use &refer to when creating your own craft projects.

This was always one of Dyans most popular classes, a large pocketed Star Book, and it's back with a bang.
Using Tim Holtz Correspondence paper stash and a dash of Dylusions to create a stunning keepsake book filled with tags. We will be using new Dylusions products and Tim Holtz Idea-ology to decorate the inner pages and tags that you will just want to treasure forever!
It will still have flaps and tags, just in a more manageable format with tons of doodling tips. Inks and and stencils, stamps and images. What more could you want?

This is a stunning album With 16 chipboard pages attached to a large accordion this gate fold album measures 10 x 8 in. I haven’t taught a star book for quite a while now but this bootalicious Curtain Call range of paper from Graphic 45 was crying out for one. As you have come to expect it is a Star book with a difference, 12 double pages, pockets, flaps and pull outs. Absolutely stunning, even if I say so myself!
The latest in Tim’s configurations range. This time it’s a large shallow printers type tray, featuring 21 removable compartments. Decorated with Graphic 45’s Domestic Goddess, I have chosen a dressmaking theme. Scissors, bobbins, buttons, dress forms, snaps measures and needle case. A place for everything and everything in it’s place! You will need to provide some of your own little mementos as well.

Today we will be transforming an old book into a stunning Christmas display piece. Inks, sprays, grunge, Stampotique and a sprinkle of fairy dust are all it takes for the magic to happen.
Claudine Hellmuth’s Studio Line range of stamps have finally graced our shores and they are fabby. One set for depth, one for definition. Use them singularly or together, the choice is all yours. We will be staining a wooden birdhouse and then adding the stamps direct. We will be exploring what “home” means to you for some hidden journaling on the sticky back canvas roof. Mixed Media at its finest.

Fabric Art Dolls ( this is a 2 day class) - come and join me for a fabulously creative weekend as we design, sketch, paint, sew, stuff and decorate our own mixed media art dolls!!!
I'll take you through step by step so that you can create a beautiful original fabric doll !!
If you have your own sewing machine please bring it along but not essential for this class as there will be one available for use ( just saves time if you have your own !!). A black and white pen as well as coloured pencils are advisable although again not essential as there will be some available in the class for use.
The quality of these papers is superb, a real traditional back to school theme for kids and grown ups alike. This album has a real quirky way of unfolding, first one side and then the other to reveal page after page of delight. Pockets, tags, envelope, and more and more.

I’m fresh out of an online workshop with Teesha Moore and she set a challenge to go and teach what we had learned. This journal incorporates some of that knowledge with another of my favourite tutors – of course our very own, very fabulous Dyan Reaveley!
It’s a two (consecutive) day workshop brimming with techniques and ideas to create a fun and quirky journal. Including creating the journal from scratch, learning ways with collage, backgrounds and pen work….oh yes, the pen work! Plus we will be using a fabulous range of downloads from Dyan herself and of course we will be including some of her oddly eccentric stamps and sayings! Be prepared for a fun filled two days.
Claudine Hellmuth's new studio line range of paints from Ranger are fabby. I Have raved about them for ages and now here's your chance to find out for yourself. We will be altering a shaped block canvas with collage, stamps and paint effects. I know you think you can't, but trust me you CAN!!! This class sold out in March and May and everyone produced a stunning work of art. But be warned it is extremely addictive, lol. You may need therapy..!!

I’ve teamed burlap and jute, along with a mixture of black card and kraft tags – and I must say, it appears to be a marriage made in heaven doesn’t it?

Join us making a fabulously unique, hand decorated and stitched canvas journal.
we will be starting blank canvas and decorating with inks and paints, stamps and stencils, drawings and doodles.
Plenty of time to add pockets and tags, inserts and flaps.
After stitching it all together we will be adding images, quotes and sparkly embellishments.
You will also receive a fabric copy of one of my journal pages.

This workshop has been brought out of retirement by popular demand. And rightly so , it was always one of my favourites. An eclectic mix of shaped board pages, with pockets, flaps and tags galore. The album contains photos of all the things that make my house my home. Please bring photos of your cherished belongings with you.

Once you have chosen your colour scheme you will be guided through technique after technique building up layers with , paint, gesso, inks, stencils, sprays, texture. Micro Journalling - So you've tried art journalling but have you ever tried 'micro' art journalling. Come and spend a messy fun filled day with me as we work in micro !!!
We will paint stamp and stencil our backgrounds in all of our favourite colours and then we will bind them all together to create our very own micro journal. We will then spend the rest of the afternoon finishing the pages in the cutest little journal you will every see !!!

Tutor – Michelle Webb
Want to make a mixed media canvas? In this workshop you’ll be using all kinds of mixed media to make a wonderful texture rich canvas. You’ll be adding layer upon layer to make it look beautiful and interesting. You’ll be using paints, Graphic 45 Secret Garden papers, card, stencils, book text, fabric, gesso, stamps, ink, die cut letters and gilding paste, to make a lovely canvas that people will be amazed you made. Not only will you make this beautiful mixed media canvas but you’ll also be able to use all the techniques and the gorgeous Graphic 45 Secret Garden papers to construct a journal box for mini-journalling, recipes or gardening tips. Come and join in the fun.
A truly stunning unique album filled with , as the name suggests, tags with many different textures. Tags of all shapes, sizes and materials are beautifully covered with the gorgeous textured papers from Laura Ashley's Connemarra collection. The flock designs of the papers are stunning in their own right.
I don't know about you but I looooves me a bit of miniature art !!
Come a spend a full day creating art in the smallest kind of way
Twinches (2x2”), Inches(1x1”) and Rinches (1x1" round) are a fabulous way to try out lots of different techniques and materials in a small scale !!!
Paint, stamp, stencil and more....in fact everything we would do in a large scale just a lot lot lot lot smaller.
We will create master boards which we can then cut up to create our miniature masterpieces !!

I first created this at the end of last year and it has proved to be a massive hit.I just love it, it is an album created from scratch with envelopes and tags from the 7gypsies eclectic paper line. Pockets anchored on an accordion fold filled to overflowing with decorated tags. But the main feature of this little beauty is a stunningly decorated box frame that comprises the front cover. A class not to be missed!
Steampunk is all the rage at the moment and these papers from Graphic 45 are perfect for this 6 1/2 x 10 1/2 memory book/album. Made from scratch we will be decorating pages and adding memorabilia pockets for all you precious memories. I’m on my fourth now, lol.
It maybe that you are well experienced in the creative delights of paint and inks, or it maybe the opposite and you are a complete beginner. Either way this is the workshop for you. To me, the best journals are those made from scratch with love! Therefore we will start by making the pages, playing with inks, sprays, paints ets in various ways for stunning effects. We will then mix them with lined papers to make a hard back journal with a canvas binding. The addition of tags, envelopes, files and doodling ensures that you can really put your own personal stamp on it.
Graphic 45 produce the most exquisite papers as this range shows… We’ll be using the WHOLE pad of A place in time papers and tags, to make this gorgeous year book so this class is a must in terms of value for money! Since I made this book, I’ve had a few more ideas to add to its beauteousness but you’ll have to join me in the class to find out what they are!

Combine photos of your family with my quirky downloads, whip them through the laminator and attach them to bendy wire. We will be collaging and inking 2 square pots to hold them. Take 10 mixed Media cards and decorate using Dyan’s Dylusions paint techniques. Stencil, stick, doodle and embellish away with Dyan while decorating with quirky stamped images coloured with Dylusions inks.
Once you have created your mini masterpieces will will add them to the Tim Holtz Flip Frame to create a stunning standing album which is ideal for displaying your awesome artwork!

We will use a variety of Prima products including the amazing Art Alchemy paints to create this stunning mixed media piece. Who doesn't love butterflies??? And we will certainly be including them on this fun canvas board project along with the brilliant art stones and of course the stunning Prima glass glitter.

In this full day workshop we will explore the use of watercolour media on your art journal pages, for this session we will concentrating on creating beautiful effects with neocolour2 watersoluble crayons, portfolio watersoluble crayons and we may even dabble with the fabulous brusho's. Remember those interactive spinning wheels from your childhood? They were fascinating weren’t they….well I’ve taken that idea and included one in this lovely book! Come and have fun making your own version in this delightful mini book using the French Country Collection of papers … those folks at Graphic 45 really know how to make gorgeous papers!
Just like journaling …but on a tiny scale! Mini journaling can be done in any small notebook or sketchbook, but due to its compact size it is quick, accessible and a lot of fun! It’s a great place to use up odds and ends of collage images, and a great place for all of your smaller stamps. We’ll be painting funky, colourful backgrounds and then adding tiny images and stamps to create glorious pages in miniature. Great for journaling on-the-go, or when real life gets in the way and you just haven’t got the time for a larger page….
Required: Small Moleskine, mini notebook or sketchbook.

Using all the pockets of a 9 pocket trading card protector, we will be creating mini unique works of art, that can be either folded up and sent to someone or kept in binders.
This class will guide you through creating these little pocket wonders. They can be whole scenes, partial scenes or 9 individual pieces.
As you can fill the pockets with anything you like please bring along any of your scraps of craft supplies that you have left over.
