Q. When will Hobonichi be live for ordering?
A. September 1st from 3am (it's the same time as the Japanese release) for all of the new 2027 releases.


Q. Can I see the release before it goes on sale?
A. Of course, all items are already listed in the Hobonichi section


Q. What can I order?
A. Everything that has been made available to UK retailers - over 200+ products to choose from. If you already have an account with us, you can start to add items to your wishlists straight away.

Q. Can I shop in person or just online?
A. Yes we'll be open 12-4pm on 1/2/3/4th September as well as being available to order via the website.
We will have separate stock for the shop and the website

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders will start to ship out from September 1st in the order they are received. Although please be aware that it is an extremely busy time and the team will be shipping out orders as quickly as possible

Q. Can I order online and pick up instore?
A. Yes you can, but please don't come and try to collect before you receive an email to say your order is complete and ready for collection.

Q. Will there be any freebies?
A. We will be giving away Hobonichi Partner shop stickers with every purchase of a any Weeks, HON, A6 Original Book, A6 Planner Book, A5 Cousin Book, A5+A6 Day Free and Five Year A5, A6 + Gift Set.
These are for instore and online purchases while stocks last.
(We may also drop some of our own surprises in your orders too)

Q. If something sells out quickly, will there be restocks?
A. Yes, the first restock will be available to order from October 1st

Q. Will you have the 2027 Hobonichi 'A Guide to Choosing' Booklet in the shop
A. Yes we will. There free to pick up while we have stock

Q. I'm not sure which planner I should get - do you have samples in stock to see?
A. Yes we do. We have Weeks in JP & ENG, A5 & A6 HON, Original Book A6 ENG & JP, A6 Planner Book, A5 Cousin Book ENG & JP and I think there will also be a Day Free too. All of the samples will be on display in the shop for you to browse through.

Q. Will you be stocking the Hobonichi Store, Japan Only & Loft Exclusives
A. No, these are not available to UK stockists as they are exclusives
