Sasha Kiora is a small floral pattern reminiscent of the pastoral illustrations by Kate Greenaway, a representative picture book artist of the latter half of 19th century Britain. Its name, “Alettone”—which refers to the part of an aircraft’s wings called an aileron—was inspired by the way the flap of the cover folds neatly over, much like an aileron folds during flight. While the design has a refined and understated color palette that gives it a sense of elegance, the soft PVC material keeps it light and comfortable to carry. The cover opens and closes with a snap button, and its versatile, minimalist style suits any user or setting.

The leather used is called Seta Double, tanned by the North Italian company Poletto. The European hide was chrome-tanned to give this slightly matte yet clear leather. The name Seta comes from the Italian word for silk, and speaks for the silky smooth touch and natural finish of this leather.
