Fri/Sat/Sun 15/16/17th September 2023 - Journal Extravaganza Weekend with Dyan Reaveley -
It will be almost 4 yrs that I last taught in the Mothership studio at Art from the Heart. Normal life (before Covid) seems a lifetime away and so its time to kick back into action. And, of course I’m going to do it in style with a 3 day journalingextravaganza.
Suitable for both beginners and the more experienced, this class is designed to get you back into the swing of things. We will be working in the large Classics journal and filling it chock full of goodness.
Friday will be full of ink and paint techniques resulting in luscious backgrounds ready for anything.
Saturday will be filled with techniques galore, stamping, cutting, doodling and writing to out hearts content. Saturday night the studio will be open until 7pm for free play and catch up time.
Sunday will be more creative goodness and adding the finishing touches to your pages. At the end of the 3 days you will be raring to go!

All supplies and equipment is provided apart from paint pens, which I ask you to bring with you.

Saturday 10-5pm (play 5-7pm)
Sunday 10-4pm
The shop will be open for you to peruse and purchase our smorgasbord of goodies.

Wonderful Weekend
Where do I start? First, great to be back to face-to-face classes. Second, the new classroom is lovely. Third, great to spend the weekend with so many wonderful crafty folk. In one word, fabulous!!!
Loved it!!! Had the time of my live on the live classes. 3 days of fun and learning al lot!!! There was a surprise for us every day and a lovely meal, snacks, drinks… Dyan is a fabulous teacher. To know her is to love her. Hope to be back for new classes in the future.

Inspirational!!
Where do I start? First - so good to have in-person classes with Dyan back. Thanks to everyone on the team for arranging such a wonderful weekend. The classes were brilliant - I know I've been before, but I still picked up lots of tips and met lots of fantastic women. I have finished pages and lots more still to do. Thank you Dyan, Ben and all - hope to see you again soon. Thanks to Ben for keeping the shop open for us all.
