Ink stays wet on most surfaces to allow time for use. Use to re-ink Dylusions Dyamond Medium Pad
To use: Directions: Squeeze evenly onto pad. Work ink into pad with Ranger’s Craft Scraper or a credit card. Allow 10 minutes for absorption.
